What's the chance for a passkey feature for logging in? The current verification process for picking out the cars/bicycles/busses/crosswalks is a royal PITA on a 13" laptop screen. I've got to go through NUMEROUS iterations to get the log-in to realize that I'm a real person and not a bot. Thanks!
I am sorry but the platform does not support any other method except captche. Usualy it is not very strict. but when there is suspicious and becomes a bit aggressive. Sorry for this.
Is it possible now, or to be added, the option to turn off or adjust the timing of the mandatory QSY from the calling frequency? I am trying to setup a trial on Marine digital frequencies based on Appendix 17 of the ITU rules. However, the Marine allocations are "channels" and not ranges, so the 500 Hz spacing are not allowed. You could have slots that switch to other distinct allowed frequencies but the steps are much greater at 3kHz. I guess a Marine version of VarAC and
SafecomLink would be a whole new animal that used these other "channels" as the slots. I have attached my first plan for possible frequencies for Marine use....with help from AI.
I have created a Marine configuration file and will work on some of your suggestions. The drop down choice of slots will be the best option. I imagine the program just wants you to leave the CF and is not requiring you to use a slot? I will send screen shots or a copy of the ini once I have it done.
The new DR-9400 does not have a screen like my DR-7800 which I find quite useful for monitoring the background or busy channel situation. Will SafecomLink incorporate any visual info from the Pactor modems like a waterfall etc? The waterfall helps, especially when things get busy on the calling frequency.
SafecomLink does provide data from the modem like on the bottom left mostly about Speed levels and the BUSY indicator on the top left. As for waterfalls - The modem does not provide any data about that through its interface.
True. we will remove this Jim. At the moment we do not have an office Safecomlink manual. The closest thing is to read the VarAC manual which is the community versio of SafecomLink and was written by community members.
