SafecomLink is designed for comprehensive integration within existing communications ecosystems, offering robust support for external logging applications. This capability ensures that all contact data recorded during communications is automatically shared with the popular logging tools your organization may already rely on.
Key Value Proposition
The Automatic Link Logging feature streamlines post-communication administrative tasks by sending real-time contact records to your logbook software. This eliminates manual data entry, prevents errors, and ensures that communications history is centralized, enhancing efficiency and data management during intensive operations (EmComm).
Operational Details and Benefits
Real-Time Data Transfer: SafecomLink automatically logs Links to an ADIF format file, which is stored in the application directory. Beyond the local file, the system can send your Link record in real-time to an external logger using both TCP and UDP protocols.
Wide Compatibility: SafecomLink supports integration with over 10 popular logging programs, with default port numbers automatically configured for convenience.
History Loading: If enabled, upon connecting to a station, SafecomLink queries its database for pre-existing information (Name, Address, Locator) and automatically inserts this data into the log section, ensuring consistent and complete records.
This seamless, configurable integration ensures that data logging is an invisible part of the operator's workflow, freeing up critical focus for effective crisis management.
